1. How can I get samples?
We’d like to ask you to pay for the samples of water faucet, shower head or others and courier freight. We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.
If you don’t have courier account, you can send your courier to collect samples from our company; or send us the samples charge together with the courier cost by T/T.

2. How much the courier freight will be for the samples?
Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and carton size and your area. You also can use your courier company.

3. How can I get your Quotation Sheet?
Please send us your inquiry with our products article number (ie Single Lever Basin Mixer 6470 or Kitchen Faucet 7563) by email to sales@water-faucet.net or fax to 86 750-2719898, we will offer you our price list , offer sheet and order information in one working day.

4. Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?
Yes. Your logo, company name can be printed on our water faucet, flush valve or other products and packing, such as gift box, paper card, carton box. We will ask for a minimum order quantity, if you want print your logo on our products and packing free. The detail minimum order quantity is about 500-3000 sets according to the size of the packing. You can send us the artwork by email to sales@water-faucet.net in AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw format (300 dpi mini.).

5. How to place an order?
Please send us your purchase order by email to sales@water-faucet.net or fax to 86 750-2719898. Or you can ask us to send you a Performa Invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order:
Shipping information – company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method (by courier, by air or by ocean container)
Product information – model numbers, quantity, unit price and price term we reach to
Delivery time required
Payment we reach to
Forwarder’s contact details if necessary.

6. Can you arrange the transportation for us?
Yes. We can arrange sea, air and courier transportation.

7. How can the products be sent to us?
For small quantity or weight less than 20kgs, sent usually by courier.
For orders from 20 to 500 kgs, can be sent by air to the airport near you.
For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container.
The transportation way depends on client’s choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, and destination (airport, sea port).

8. What’s your usual payment term for orders?
T/T (Wire transfer) 30% as deposit, and T/T 70% balance before shipment.
100% irrevocable LC at sight.

9. What’s the warranty of your products?
Depending on the specified product. As for water faucet, normal usage life is 5 years for family usage.

11. I just want to buy a few pieces of your products, what to do?
Sorry, we are manufacturer and exporter of water faucet, flush valve, shower faucet and other sanitary wares only. We don’t accept retail order. If it is for sample testing, it is ok. Pls inquire with us.
